This dynamic session draws inspiration from the traditional Hatha yoga system, incorporating sun salutations, balance postures and breath-centered movements. Designed to awaken your body and sharpen your focus, this class offers the perfect blend of flexibility and mindfulness to set a positive tone for the week ahead. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your practice, this session is accessible to all levels.
This class is held in the Rose Room and Garden.

Meet Kate
Kate teaches Hatha with inspiration drawn from Yin and Restorative practices weaving them into each other for a slow, mindful, breath centred approach to movement. She has a keen interest in the philosophy underpinning the forms and has been studying on a 1-1 basis for the last year, interlacing this knowledge through practice.
