Circuits with Gemma

Join Gemma for a magical mix-up of strength training, cardio, functional fitness and flexibility delivered in a 60-minute circuit-style class. Gemma will support you to build upon your fitness levels and increase your stamina through safe and supported exercises which can be adapted to everyone's fitness level and ability. This is the perfect class for anyone who likes variety and would like to focus on a combined workout that improves overall health, increases endurance and builds muscle strength.
Come wearing suitable clothing to match the weather.
This class is held in the Rose Room and Garden.
2 chillis = warming up a bit! Expect to sweat, to push yourself a little, and to feel it afterwards.
