In Motion with Gareth
Saturdays at 10am
Get a good start to the morning with lots of nice easy exercises to get the body feeling good. Feel more open and free moving outside with mobility targeted exercises. Gareth is a super-friendly instructor who'll get you working up our chilli scale!
You’ll need clothes you can comfortably move around in and shoes or boots you can jog and skip in.
1 chilli = a great session to get you moving outdoors and get the blood flowing a bit.
