Go wild and unleash your inner STRONG at WildFit. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, based upon a classic circuit style Strongman/Strongwoman event. Have fun outside in nature while using repurposed farm equipment from Westerlands where you will have the opportunity to flip logs and tractor tyres, squat, carry and throw beer casks, master the battle rope and learn how to use a sledgehammer as part of your fitness routine! Gareth’s focus is to improve both your fitness and strength in body and mind.
2 chillis = warming up a bit! Expect to sweat, to push yourself a little, and to feel it afterwards.
