Hard Core with Nina

Focusing on your core can improve posture, balance, functional movement and help strengthen your back, which could possibly relieve back pain. Whether a complete beginner, returning to fitness or a workout fanatic the session's intensity can be tailored to your individual needs.

You’ll need clothes you can comfortably move around in and shoes or boots you can jog and skip in. This class involves mat work and mats are provided although you are welcome to bring your own.

2 Chillies = warming up a bit! Expect to sweat, to push yourself a little, and to feel it afterwards.

Meet Nina:

“After having my first child I very quickly realised that I wanted to be a fit and healthy role model to my daughter. I found myself a PT and soon started feeling the physical and mental benefits of training. It was in fact my own PT that encouraged me to go and get my PT qualifications. I first did my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and then my Level 3 Personal Trainer and have never looked back.

I have been a qualified PT for 10 years and I love it. I am a big advocate for outdoor fitness and Westerlands is just a wonderful place full of like minded individuals all working together to create a safe haven where everyone is welcome.

I believe fitness should be accessible to all and that each individual should leave feeling positive. Remember… if you’ve turned up you’ve already achieved!”
