Strength & Mobility with Gemma
Tuesdays at 8am
This session focuses on "Green Gym" exercise where the aim is to be outside in nature as much as possible. Each session will start and end with a group meditation and grounding breath work followed by 40 minutes of circuit-style exercises which focus on building strength and clarity for mind and body, suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Come wearing suitable clothing to match the weather.
This class is held in the Rose Room and Garden.
1 chilli = a great session to get you moving outdoors and get the blood flowing a bit.
