Boxercise with Nina
Wednesdays at 5.30pm
Boxercise is an energetic class based on boxing training but without the competitive element. It has been proven to be great for not only for your physical health but for stress relieif, mental agility and best of all, flooding you with endorphins, a natural mood boost!
You’ll need clothes you can comfortably move around in and shoes or boots you can jog and skip in. Gloves and mitts are provided.
3 Chillies = getting spicy! This is high intensity training but it can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and experience.
Meet Nina:
“After having my first child I very quickly realised that I wanted to be a fit and healthy role model to my daughter. I found myself a PT and soon started feeling the physical and mental benefits of training. It was in fact my own PT that encouraged me to go and get my PT qualifications. I first did my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and then my Level 3 Personal Trainer and have never looked back.
I have been a qualified PT for 10 years and I love it. I am a big advocate for outdoor fitness and Westerlands is just a wonderful place full of like minded individuals all working together to create a safe haven where everyone is welcome.
