Join Nina for her Wednesday weekly boxfit class outside at the WildFit field. Box Fit workouts offer more than physical benefits; they're a great stress reliever. Hitting the pads or bag boosts mood through endorphin release, reducing anxiety and depression. The focus required to learn combinations sharpens your mind, offering a mental break and building resilience. As your skills grow, so does your confidence. No matter your fitness level, sessions are adaptable, and small class sizes ensure personalized support. We provide the pads and gloves; just show up!
3 Chillies = getting spicy! This is high intensity training but it can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and experience.
Meet Nina
“After having my first child I very quickly realised that I wanted to be a fit and healthy role model to my daughter. I found myself a PT and soon started feeling the physical and mental benefits of training. It was in fact my own PT that encouraged me to go and get my PT qualifications. I first did my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and then my Level 3 Personal Trainer and have never looked back.
I have been a qualified PT for 10 years and I love it. I am a big advocate for outdoor fitness and Westerlands is just a wonderful place full of like minded individuals all working together to create a safe haven where everyone is welcome.
