Bootcamp with Gareth
Thursdays at 5.30pm
Bootcamp, where the boots hit the grass! High cardio workout with bodyweight and fun outdoor equipment exercises. Log carry, press ups, and jumping jacks are all part of the fun!
You’ll need clothes you can comfortably move around in and shoes or boots you can jog and skip in.
2 chillis = warming up a bit! Expect to sweat, to push yourself a little, and to feel it afterwards.
