Welcome to our Family Green Gym at WildFit, where you and your little ones, or not-so-little ones, can support each other and reconnect while exercising outside in nature. All ages and fitness abilities are encouraged to join these fun and empowering circuit-style fitness sessions to experience the benefits of exercising together as a family and forming new healthy habits.

WildFit is located in a secluded spot at Westerlands where our experienced and knowledgeable instructors have designed your family sessions around connective exercises to increase communication and cultivate confidence and resilience, all while making memories. Our family green gym has been created to support every family member in connecting, flourishing and thriving while exercising outside together in nature.
