Join Nina for her Wednesday weekly boxercise class outside at the WildFit field.
Boxercise is an energetic class based on boxing training but without the competitive element. It has been proven to be great for not only for your physical health but for stress relieif, mental agility and best of all, flooding you with endorphins, a natural mood boost! Gloves and mitts are provided.
