Join Gemma in the Rose Room and Garden for a fitness class suitable for all abilities.
This session focuses on "Green Gym" exercise where the aim is to be outside in nature as much as possible. Each session will start and end with a group meditation and grounding breath work followed by 40 minutes of circuit-style exercises which focus on building strength and clarity for mind and body.
