Join Hannah Clough, for a fortnightly Monday early morning relaxing and restorative yoga class in the Rose Room and Garden. Connect the mind body and soul through the revitalising practice of pranayama - conscious breathing, and movement. We will explore a fusion of yoga practices to help promote feelings of wellness and serenity, and create a lightness in the body with increased strength and flexibility. Our gentle sessions will provide a guide towards our own inner calm together.
