What are your stall requirements?

The fair will be held inside our old barn and may have damp spots. There is no WiFi but data signal is available.

What time will you set up your stall?

The Fair starts at 11am on Saturday 14 December 2024. You can set up from 9am on Saturday or the day before, anytime between 9-5pm on Friday.

Do you have any questions or special requests?

We will allocate a parking spot for you at Westerlands House which is next to our community barn where we are holding the fair.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment & cancellation policy

We charge a table space reservation fee of £25 which is not refundable. A payment link will be sent to your mobile number on receipt of this booking confirmation. Payment is due no later than Saturday 30 November 2024. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

Craft insurance

Do you have craft Insurance to cover your public liability? We will need proof of this certificate on the day. You can easily obtain a certificate at www.simplybusiness.co.uk/business-insurance/craft-insurance/
